Why Attend a Reiki Share?
For those who have taken courses in Reiki, in the aftermath one of the major complaints from students/practitioners is the lack of opportunity to practice and hone their skills.
Without receiving feedback from others, it is difficult to build self-confidence to a level where you are totally comfortable with yourself as a healer.
You need practical hands-on experience in order to encourage self-esteem as a Reiki practitioner, where you accept without skepticism, that you truly do make an important contribution to someone else's well-being.
The concept of a Reiki share is for everyone attending to both give and receive Reiki healing in a supportive and loving environment.
There may be 2, 3 or more people to each treatment table or chair and whilst one person is laying on the table, everyone else is giving healing to them. When that session has finished, someone else will then be treated. This rotation continues until everyone has received healing.
For those who may wish to build their confidence in giving treatments or for those who have little or no experience of using Reiki, these Shares are a great way to build that confidence and knowledge. Reiki Practitioners can also benefit enormously from attending Reiki Shares as by nature, they are very giving and wish to heal others, sometimes forgetting their own needs. Reiki shares are an opportunity for them to receive healing.
Reiki Shares are also a good way to meet other like-minded people and discuss experiences of using, receiving or training in Reiki.
Our Reiki share are every 4th Sunday and starts at 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and there is always time for discussion before, during and after the healing sessions.
Participating in a Reiki share is very beneficial to the individual and to the whole group collectively. It is an amazing experience to be part of a group, meeting together, to heal and be healed.
